Dripping Skulls!

Hi y'all! This post is taking a while to write up, Valentina is beside and demanding that I rub her head.. this makes typing a bit difficult. But I have some more halloween nail art to share with you all today! These were inspired by some I seen on youtube by IHaveACupcake (Atleast I'm pretty sure who it was, but I could be wrong. If you know.. please let me know and I'll change it if I'm wrong.) And as soon as I seen them, I just had to try them. I picked different colors to use though. Anyways, click through the jump to see more!

For this look I started with two coats of Spellbound by Creations By Lynda. Then I used my turquoise acrylic paint and added some white with it to lighten it up and a tiny detail brush to paint on the skull faces. Rather than attempting teeth though, I stopped at that point in the fact and made drips coming down, kinda like the skull is melting in a way. They look so cool! And so much easier than attempting to paint on the teeth of the skull!

Hope you all enjoyed these as much as I did! Let me know what you thought in the comments below!

  1. Scary dripping skulls. I like that you went with some color to them instead of white.
