Kilox Lacquers Swatch and review post!

Hi Y'all!

Today we're taking a small break from all of the Halloween looks this month to bring you a new up and coming Indie brand! And by the way? All of these colors are so much better and prettier in person!

The Owner, Morgan, was nice enough to send me the entire collection to review for her, and I'm just in love with all of these colors. It's the World Opulence Collection, and they also have one other collection out on their website for purchase called The Rescue Collection. I'll post the links to their shop as well as their facebook page at the end of this post for those of you that might want to check them out and grab up a bottle or two. So now lets get to the swatches!

**These polishes were sent to me free of charge in exchange for my honest review**
All of these polishes are based on different gems from around the world and this one is Australian Silver and it's a very gorgeous silver metallic polish. It almost looks like it might have just a slight hint of blue in it as well, like an almost blueish silver. But not much. It's more silver than anything and I think it may be my new favorite silver that I own. The formula was awesome, it went on smooth and even. This is two coats shown with no top coat.

This one is Columbian Emerald which is an amazing emerald green shimmer with small bright emerald green glitters all through out the polish. My camera didn't pick up on the glitters hardly at all and it didn't quite pick up the color just right either, it wanted it to be a teal instead of an emerald green apparently. These were the ones the color came out closest in. This is one of my favorites of the bunch, it's just so pretty, and emerald green is my favorite green. It also always makes me think of The Wizard Of Oz. This one again, had a great formula and applied even and smoothly. It was a little more sheer than all of the others though so this is three coats shown in the pictures with no top coat.

This one is Norwegian Topaz it's a very pretty topaz coppery colored shimmery base color with tiny little black glitters, and holo glitters, along with some coppery colored square glitters. I wore this one over the weekend, I'm a November baby so Topaz is my birth stone, so I was super excited to wear this one for a few days for that reason. I really lover all the little black and holo glitters in this, it makes it much more than just your average copper shimmer. And the copper squares are a really nice touch as well but a much more subtle effect. This like  the other two had great formula that went on even and smooth very easily. This is two coats with one coat of Sally Hansen Insta-dri top coat. Only because I wore it and wanted it to last as long as possible.

This one is Burmese Ruby and of all of them is my least favorite, but that has nothing to do with the polish itself and everything to do with me not being a fan of red. It's a red shimmery base and it looks more to me like a brick red. It's not a bright true red, it's a little bit of a darker red than that. It also has tiny little bright ruby red glitters in it which again, my camera didn't think were needed apparently and didn't pick up on at all. It's really pretty and the fact that it's a little darker red makes me like it better myself. The formula again was great, went on smooth and even. This is two coats shown with no top coat.

This pretty right here is Egyptian Amethyst which is a really pretty purple with lots of little tiny mirco purple glitters along with what look to be purple squares but I believe they may be silver squares and the purple polish over them makes them look purple. Please excuse the messyness in this photo as as i was trying to clean up the glitters were just spreading everywhere, it was kind of ridiculous. It was almost glitter bomb-y but it's so pretty! Besides the mess of cleaning it up, the formula was amazing, it went on smooth and evenly. This is two coats shown with no top coat.

This right here is the Opulent Top Coat over Burmese Ruby and this glitter topper is soooo pretty. It's a scattered holo glitter top coat and it's so packed full of the tiny little holo-y pretties. It reminds me of China Glaze's Fairy Dust but with so much more glitter packed in and I think the glitters may be a tiny bit bigger. This, again, had great formula and went on so easy. This is just one coat shown. I imagine any more than that would be far too much.

Last, but certainly not least at all, we have Sri Lankan Sapphire which is such a pretty deep blue! I love the sapphire blue and this is exactly that color. This is a shimmery base with lots of a slight bit lighter blue glitters in it. Again though, my camera didn't pick up on the glitters as well as it should have. This is another of my favorites. The formula like all the others, was so so good. Even and smooth, easy application. This is two coats shown with no top coat.

All of these color I think are just PERFECT to go along with their inspirations, the definitely represent each stone they're named after perfectly and I just love them all so much.
